Delete your account
in60 News lets registered users permanently delete their account from within the app.
Effective September 8, 2026
Delete in the app
- Open in60 News and sign in.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Go to the account controls and choose Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm, then complete the deletion.
What is deleted
Your Firebase authentication account, in60 profile, preferences, bookmarks, public community profile, comments, story likes, comment likes, and blocking records associated with your user ID are deleted.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Reports submitted by other people and de-identified operational records may also remain when they no longer identify you.

If you cannot access the app, email support@in60news.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
