Be constructive

Stay relevant to the story, contribute in good faith, and challenge ideas without attacking the person behind them. Disagreement is welcome. Harassment is not.

Do not post

• Threats, encouragement of violence, or content that glorifies serious harm.
• Hate speech or attacks based on protected characteristics.
• Targeted harassment, bullying, sexual harassment, or repeated unwanted contact.
• Private or identifying information about another person.
• Spam, scams, malicious links, or coordinated manipulation.
• Impersonation, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
• Graphic sexual content or exploitation.
• Unsupported accusations presented as established fact.

Reader safety tools

You can report a comment for review and block another user. Blocking is designed to limit your exposure to that person’s community activity. Do not misuse reporting tools to punish ordinary disagreement.

Enforcement

Comments may appear without advance human review. Automated safeguards and reader reports help identify problems. Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, limit community features, suspend an account, or permanently ban an account. Serious threats or suspected illegal activity may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Appeals

If you believe a moderation action was made in error, email support@in60news.com with your public username, an explanation, and any relevant story details. Never include your password.
